WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We only use your Personal Information in conjunction with the Application to create your video.
WITH WHOM WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We never sell or otherwise provide your Personal Information to anyone other than MDS employees or contractors specifically involved in providing you the Application. We may use some Personal Information to create your video but will only use information that is published publicly, such as on your web site, unless you have given us permission otherwise. Service Providers. We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies (“Service Providers“) to perform certain business-related functions for us such as hosting services. Security and Retention. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no Internet transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any information to us or to any other party via the Internet.
